Whenever I'm tired of the things I usually do, I end up on DA. All these fine, anonymous people who create things inspire me. Sometimes an ordinary webcam picture will trigger me to fav it, just because it brings up a certain emotion. Mostly it's because it features a nice looking girl who is a DA fan, I admit that one too :) But most important, DA reminds me I can do something and create something, and someone halfway the world just might like what I created... Hope to see you back again soon, DA!

I've upgraded to a DSLR (Canon EOS 6D) since december 2012. This took a big bite in my budget, but I haven't regretted it since. I gives me more to work with in post-processing, and also the process of taking a picture is a lot easier. I don't have to go through menus as much as before and it is more intuitive to adjust my settings on the spot. I still have a lot to learn though, one step at a time. I have began experimenting with HDR since I bought a tripod for that purpose. In combination with Photomatix I achieve results I am satisfied with. Though I must take care I don't overdo the effects because the pictures look more like paintings. I
